And yet… their body feels unfamiliar.
Midlife brings real biological shifts — hormones change, stress accumulates, and what used to work often stops working. That doesn’t mean you’ve failed. It means your body needs a different kind of support.
My work is designed to help you understand what your body is doing now, stabilize what’s off, and move forward in a way that actually feels sustainable.
I don’t believe in one overwhelming program or jumping straight into “fixing everything.”

Mineral Foundations is for women who want clarity before committing to anything long-term.
Using Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA), we look at how your body has been adapting to stress over time and how mineral patterns may be contributing to fatigue, weight changes, or hormonal symptoms.
This is a contained assessment, not ongoing coaching — designed to reduce confusion and help you decide what’s next.
Timeline: 4–6 weeks
Investment: $445
This level is for women who want continued support and deeper insight into what’s driving their symptoms.
In addition to mineral testing, we incorporate comprehensive bloodwork to understand how stress, hormones, metabolism, and nutrient status are interacting — and how to support these systems together.
This phase helps your body become more predictable and resilient, rather than constantly reactive.
Timeline: 3 months
Investment: $2,400, or 3 monthly payments of $800
This is the most comprehensive level of support and is best suited for women with long-standing or complex symptoms.
At this stage, we add targeted gut testing and gut healing support, along with continued mineral and metabolic work. We also address the mental and emotional stress patterns that often underlie chronic symptoms — especially those connected to body image, food, and years of self-pressure.
This work is paced, individualized, and focused on lasting change — not quick fixes.

Investment: $5,400, or 6 monthly payments of $900
