Summer Youth Mobility Program

What: Yoga inspired classes to help youth athletes improve mobility and flexibility.

Why: Mobility and flexibility are vital aspects of an athlete’s fitness that helps to enhance strength and performance, while greatly diminishing risk of injury.

When: Mondays and Wednesdays 10:15-11am from June 3 through June 26.

Where: Octane Training in Sterlington

Cost: $120 for all 8 classes or $20 per class as a drop-in (no need to sign up here if your student will just be dropping in!).
