Train with intent, not just intensity.

Individualized movement programs designed to optimize your body composition without putting your system into overdrive. Often, intense exercise programs can do more harm than good because they're thrown onto an already overstressed system. Your training program will be designed to ensure you’re getting the type of movement you need on any given day to help build you up, not beat you down. Training sessions will focus on functional movement patterns and may include kettlebell training, bodyweight work, and/or mobility and breath work as needed.

Sessions will be held at Octane Training or I can travel to you, if preferred. Travel fees may be charged based on distance.
